Energized by managing people and shaping technical processes?
As our Product Team Lead, you’ll work with a dynamic team of product pros, playing a crucial role in steering our product development.
What’s involved?
You’ll keep the product team motivated and on track with clear goals for their learning and development. You’ll lead the product process, helping your team as a whole and supporting each person individually. Your role will include solving problems, keeping momentum and encouraging everyone to keep improving.
Who’s the ideal candidate?
We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience managing either a development or product team. You should have a good mix of technical know-how and solid people skills.
We want someone who’s proactive, can boost team spirit, and spot potential issues before they arise. You should also have a knack for understanding dependencies and blockers in the development process.
It would be great if you also have:
- Familiarity with our tech stack (TypeScript, JavaScript and React)
- A more in-depth knowledge of coding and software architecture
- Experience in helping team members grow in their careers
- Availability to start as soon as possible!
Who you’ll work with
You’ll report to the Head of Product and lead a team of three product managers who handle our commercial product lines. Your team will bring the voice of the customer to our four software development teams.
You’ll also work closely with our four development managers and our Head of Development, to keep the product management process running smoothly.
Be yourself
We want to build a fair, respectful and welcoming company, where everyone feels at home. That means taking a long-term approach to equality, diversity and inclusion.
With the help of our EDI group, we’re working to make every aspect of the business – including recruitment – fair, respectful and inclusive.
Life at Cambridge Intelligence
Our data visualization tools are part of something big. They help catch criminals, stop cyber-attacks and unmask fraudsters. The work we do matters.
Our people are part of something big too – all great individually, but even better together. From developers to marketers, salespeople to accountants, we’re a smart and inquiring bunch who love finding neat solutions to gnarly problems.
What happens next?
When you apply, we’ll be in touch as soon as possible to get the ball rolling.
Our recruitment process varies by role, but we usually follow three steps to get to know you better.
