Meet the team

Bryan is a serial tech start-up founder, COO and non-exec director, with scale up experience across US, EMEA and APAC. After five years at Cambridge Intelligence, including four as COO, he stepped up to the role of CEO.

Throughout his career, Bryan has embarked on various entrepreneurial ventures, including Zeus Technology, acquired by Riverbed Technology and Velocix, acquired by Alcatel-Lucent.

Chris is a Chartered Accountant with over ten years’ experience in financial management. His career began as a software engineer specializing in database design and development before he joined PwC to obtain accounting qualifications.

Chris joined Cambridge Intelligence from Marshall Aerospace and is the lead for developing and maintaining all financial procedures.

Kaush has a background in web-based network visualization: he worked for i2 and was the first product manager for their iXv product line. He has worked with a number of Cambridge startups in their growth phases.

Kaush looks after our commercial teams, including sales, marketing and customer success.

Nick is in charge of the technical direction of the company, our research and development agenda, and all IT infrastructure: from the product platform to laptops and security.

Before joining us, Nick honed his coding skills at a number of successful tech startups, building everything from recruitment software to homecare solutions.

Joe has worked on visualization systems for intelligence work for the last two decades, doing software development, design, systems architecture and more experimental research projects.

His achievements include a PhD earned as a member of Stephen Hawking’s research group.

Alex is our ‘go to’ person for all day-to-day financial matters. He oversees all of our accounting activities, keeping our planning and reporting ship-shape. He also supports the HR team with employee payroll, benefits and expenses.

Alex is a Chartered Certified Accountant with over 15 years’ experience in audit and accountancy.

Céline heads up our customer success team, ensuring our customers have the best possible experience from the moment they start working with us.

That covers everything from coordinating demos and training to offering best practice advice for our products.

She has a PhD in Physics and over seven years’ experience in account management and business development in the technology sector.

Christian leads our sales team as they expand our global network of customers. He’s a strong graph visualization advocate and loves applying our deep capability to datasets across many domains.

He has a Master’s in Computer Science & Maths from Bristol and previously worked in the UK, US & Canada for BAE Systems.

Courtney joined us as a graduate from Cambridge University where she studied Aerospace Engineering. She’s now a Product Manager, empowering customers to get the maximum value out of our technology.

Outside work, she’s often at her sewing machine attempting her latest project – a lockdown hobby that stuck!

Gemma keeps our teams happy and engaged, with access to the support and development they need to thrive.

She drives important programs, from staff well-being and professional development to DEI, and ensures we’re able to attract the best of the best.

Outside of work, you’ll often find her reading or swimming, but rarely both simultaneously.

Jon is responsible for the shared processes across the production teams, the line management and mentoring of development managers, and the successful delivery of the technical and product roadmaps.

He’s worked on projects including Apple’s mobile advertising platform, and a world-leading smart city control application. Outside work he’s a sound designer and indoor climber.

Rhys manages our legal team and oversees a broad range of company-wide legal issues. He has over 30 years’ experience, both in private practice and in-house, and has worked with some of the world’s leading technology, communications and defence companies.

Outside work, he plays guitar in a blues band that gigs regularly around the Cambridge area.
