Get one-to-one help with your KeyLines project – ideal for navigating a new challenge, or training a subject matter expert.
What we do
Our one-to-one training gives customized and focused knowledge transfer from our developers to yours. They are consultative sessions, rather than pure development services, meaning information and expertise stays in your team. We can run these sessions remotely or on-site.
Generally our pair programming runs over two phases:
Introduction and scoping
We take some time to discuss your objectives and understand your development environment and coding practices. We’ll also explore the work you might have done so far, and what you want to achieve with KeyLines.
Your own goals and milestones drive the content of these sessions, but we’ll start with objective setting, then focus on a specific KeyLines-related set of tasks. At the end of the session we review the work completed and define actions to be carried forward. The aim is to work collaboratively, but be led by your developer’s learning needs.

Our Professional Service Overview explains our training and consulting services.
We got loads out of our KeyLines training. You can grab information from videos, etc., but physical training and proper real world scenarios gave a much greater understanding on areas we should prioritise. The trainer was great – very knowledgable about the product, but also how certain elements could be specifically applied to our usage. He was able to pace the course at the right level for us and we left with a greater level of technical knowledge. – John – KBBS
