Product Manager

A full-time, permanent position
Hybrid working, with one day per week in our central Cambridge office.

Are you dedicated to driving the success of software products that make a real difference?

This is a rare opportunity to influence the development and direction of one or more of our world-leading data visualization products for the intelligence, anti-fraud and cybersecurity sectors.

What’s involved?

We need your help to make sure our market-leading visualization technologies are the best they can be at solving customer challenges and meeting market needs. You’ll do this through a combination of customer and market research, product ownership, development team steering, internal stakeholder management, and direct customer contact.

You’ll work very closely with the development and marketing teams every day – so we’re looking for a strong communicator who enjoys building relationships.

Who’s the ideal candidate?

We’re looking for someone with a deep appreciation for all things ‘product’, and an aptitude for steering the development of complex technology to maximize commercial success.

It’s essential that you have some experience of product management in a B2B software organization, with a focus on solving customer problems. You’ll need to be able to identify and prioritize the critical features and projects that will make the biggest impact on our markets.

You might also have experience in:

  • Software development, or an aptitude for working with developer toolkits or APIs
  • SaaS product development
  • Some of our our core markets (fraud, cyber security, law enforcement/intelligence or IT/telecoms)
  • Working directly with data visualization products (a demonstrable interest is also great)

Who you’ll work with

You’ll work with a team of talented software developers, sales and marketing people and senior management to drive our roadmaps from ideas to delivery.

Opportunities to grow

You’ll join us as the company goes through another phase of growth – and you’ll have the opportunity to grow along with us, learning from some of the most talented product managers and developers in the data visualization industry.

Be yourself

We want to build a fair, respectful and welcoming company, where everyone feels at home. That means taking a long-term approach to equality, diversity and inclusion – not treating it as a tickbox exercise.

With the help of our EDI group, we’re working to make every aspect of the business – including recruitment – fair, respectful and inclusive.
