Who is Cambridge Intelligence?

We’re a team of data visualization experts. With our graph visualization toolkit, we help organizations to make an intelligent visual analysis of their data to ‘join the dots’ within it and uncover hidden threats.

What’s the role about?

We are looking for someone to see to the company’s day to day administrative needs and execute facilities management projects during a 10 month period of maternity leave. This will include:

  • Answering phones and managing post
  • Monitoring and ordering office supplies (stationery, kitchen, etc.)
  • Managing suppliers (telecoms, maintenance, landlord, cleaners, etc.)
  • Ensuring Health & Safety Compliance
  • Maintaining the Asset Register
  • Organising events, including the company Summer party
  • Any other general administration

Who’s the ideal candidate?

This role will suit someone who has some administrative experience (c1 year) and is looking for a bit more responsibility, possibly as a foray into office/facilities management. You will get to execute and oversee projects that have been planned by the facilities manager, giving you an insight into the responsibilities of this role.

We’re looking for a candidate with a positive attitude, who is helpful and keen to take on a range of responsibilities.

Skills:

  • Strong Communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Fluent with Google Suite
  • 1+ years experience in an office management or administration role
  • Basic familiarity with HR systems
