Today, we’re excited to announce a major new initiative: our own graduate program.
We’ve taken new technologies to hundreds of customers worldwide, transforming the way they see their data. We’re eager to keep innovating and trail-blazing with the next generation of software engineers.
Starting from October 2018, graduates will be able to join a 12-month structured program to transform them into skilled software engineers. They’ll join our smart and diverse development team to help build real functionality that gets shipped to customers.
Unlike other schemes, our graduates will also get hands-on access to every aspect of the business. As part of the program, they’ll rotate through different roles and discover the full workings of a fast-growing software company, including product management, sales and marketing.
At the end of the program, successful graduates will be offered a full-time, permanent position with us.
Applications are open now. We welcome those fresh from an undergraduate, postgraduate or PhD degree, people who graduated within the last few years, or those with the right skills looking for a career change. They should have at least an undergraduate qualification in a STEM subject (science, technology, engineering or maths) – ideally a 2:1 or higher.
