Paola sits on the board of the company, providing legal advice to the company as required, and works with senior management to identify and mitigate against risks and ensure compliance.
Prior to joining us, Paola worked as in-house legal counsel at Xchanging Plc and was a corporate lawyer for Clifford Chance. She holds a degree in Jurisprudence from the University of Siena in Italy and an LLM degree from University College London.
