Who are we?
We’re a team of data visualization experts. With our graph visualization toolkit, we help organizations to make an intelligent visual analysis of their data to ‘join the dots’ within it and uncover hidden threats.
What’s the role about?
You’ll focus on the full lifecycle of talent acquisition from sourcing of high caliber talent through to interviewing and onboarding. There will also be administrative responsibilities such as contract preparation and maintaining ATS and HRIS records. You’ll own the talent acquisition strategy.
Who’s the ideal candidate?
You’ll have a creative approach to talent acquisition. Unsatisfied with ‘follow the herd’ sourcing methods, you’ll always be looking for ways to innovate your hiring strategy. This role has broad responsibility, so you’ll have a keen interest in full lifecycle recruitment. Most of all, you’ll be the type of person who derives great satisfaction from making successful hires.
- Proficient in a range of talent searching methods
- An ability to quickly understand and speak credibly about software technologies
- Strong networking and relationship building skills
- Proficient with at least one ATS
