Meet the team

Alex Finch

Alex is our ‘go to’ person for all day-to-day financial matters. He oversees all of our accounting activities, keeping our planning and reporting ship-shape. He also supports the HR team with employee payroll, benefits and expenses.

Alex is a Chartered Certified Accountant with over 15 years’ experience in audit and accountancy.

Cara Benton

Cara works with our busy Finance team, reviewing sales invoices, balance sheets and reconciliations, along with month-end reporting and analysis.

She has over seven years’ experience in Finance, having previously worked at an award-winning fulfilment partner to hundreds of e-commerce brands.

Hisako McRobbie

As our Financial Accountant, Hisako is mainly responsible for the company’s bookkeeping. From the recording of financial transactions to managing payroll, purchases and expenses, Hisako works with the rest of our accounts team to ensure the company is in complete control of its finances.

She also holds a qualification from The Association of Accounting Technicians.

Jonathan Pereira

Jonathan is an experienced Finance Assistant with a degree in BA (Honours) Business Management from The Open University.

He works in our busy Finance team handling everything from invoices to expenses, credit control to staff benefits. Outside work, Jonathan enjoys playing lead guitar at his local church.

Sarah Wong

Sarah supports our Finance team with day-to-day processes, from posting invoices and managing expenses to credit control and staff benefits administration.

With extensive experience in programme and project management across digital transformation projects, she brings strong organizational skills and attention to detail to our finance operations, she also holds an AAT qualification.
