Rhys Williams
Rhys manages our legal team and oversees a broad range of company-wide legal issues. He has over 30 years’ experience, both in private practice and in-house, and has worked with some of the world’s leading technology, communications and defence companies.
He holds a law degree from the University of Cambridge, and also studied at the University of Manchester and the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
Claire Hollander
Claire is part of our in-house legal team, advising on all legal aspects of our software licensing contracts.
She keeps our software licensing running smoothly and above board, drafting and negotiating complex contracts with our customers.
Elisa Casagrande
Elisa is a dual qualified solicitor (UK, Italy) with over 10 years’ experience gained in-house and in private practice. She negotiates customer contracts and renewals, and is our Data Privacy Manager.
She previously worked as a solicitor at a commercial law firm in Italy and as a corporate paralegal in New York.
Jim Lefevre
Jim is a qualified solicitor with 7+ years of commercial contract experience and 5+ years in the software industry.
His unique legal-tech expertise enables him to provide pragmatic counsel that balances legal protection with business objectives, perfectly positioning him to support our growth.
