Amanda Saxton

Amanda is dedicated to keeping our teams engaged and motivated, by providing the support and development they need to succeed.

She leads our employee relations and development initiatives, and makes sure we attract top talent. Amanda brings extensive experience across sectors such as medical technology, engineering, product R&D and customer services.

Karen Porter

Karen supports our Talent Manager by seeking out the best talent in the tech sector, talking them through the career opportunities we have on offer, and screening and interviewing interested candidates.

Before joining us, she studied Psychology and worked in recruitment in Mexico and Sweden.

Rosie Griffin

Rosie supports our Head of People across all aspects of HR administration, with a particular focus on wellbeing and EDI – helping to make the employee experience at Cambridge Intelligence the best it can be.

Before joining us, she worked as an HR coordinator at a leading education group.

Vicky Langford

Vicky brings a wealth of in-house and agency experience to her talent manager role. Over the years, she’s built successful teams for tech companies and banks, in the UK and Australia.

She’s responsible for hiring the best people around, making sure we continue to grow as a happy and effective team.

Julia Zabielska

Our Office and Facilities Coordinator Julia ensures that the office is a safe, organised and happy place for all staff. Julia also organises our staff events helping to boost staff morale and enhance the company culture. Out of the office Julia loves playing tennis, going to the movies and releasing her creative side, doing baking, knitting and crochet
