Céline heads up our customer success team, ensuring our customers have the best possible experience from the moment they start working with us.
That covers everything from coordinating demos and training to offering best practice advice for our products.
She has a PhD in Physics and over seven years’ experience in account management and business development in the technology sector.
Robert Walton
Rob is an integral part of the Customer Success team, helping users get maximum value from our products. He has several years’ experience as a sales executive in the technology and software sectors.
Outside work, you might see him dodging punts on the river Ouse in his kayak.
Liam Kiley
Liam keeps our customers happy and inspired throughout their journey with us, supporting them to make the most of our technology.
Before joining us, he worked as an account manager for a DevOps solutions company, and as a sales manager at a car dealership. Outside work, he’s a dedicated follower of football and ice hockey.
Nargishur Hammond
Nargishur empowers customers to get maximum value from our toolkits, from onboarding project managers to making sure developers get the right support when they need it.
She has extensive experience supporting customers with digital solutions, and before joining us led a Customer Experience team for a leading IT consultancy.
