Meet the team

Rhys manages our legal team and oversees a broad range of company-wide legal issues. He has over 30 years’ experience, both in private practice and in-house, and has worked with some of the world’s leading technology, communications and defence companies.

Outside work, he plays guitar in a blues band that gigs regularly around the Cambridge area.

Claire is part of our in-house legal team, advising on all legal aspects of our software licensing contracts.

She keeps our software licensing running smoothly and above board, drafting and negotiating complex contracts with our customers.

Ed works with our legal and customer success teams to help customers understand and stick to their software agreements.

He previously worked in a senior software compliance role at Arm, and has a degree and post-graduate diploma in Law.

Outside work he’s mostly found on the golf course or walking his golden retriever.

Elisa is a dual qualified solicitor (UK, Italy) with over 10 years’ experience gained in-house and in private practice. She negotiates customer contracts and renewals, and is our Data Privacy Manager.

She previously worked as a solicitor at a commercial law firm in Italy and as a corporate paralegal in New York.

Jim is our Legal Counsel, primarily responsible for working on contracts and renewals. He has a degree in Law from Anglia Ruskin University and has completed his LPC and LLM degrees from BPP University.

Outside of work, Jim is a talented guitarist and singer.

Paola provides legal advice to the company, oversees the negotiation of software licenses, and works with management to identify and mitigate against risks and ensure compliance.

Prior to joining us, Paola worked as in-house legal counsel at Xchanging Plc and was a corporate lawyer for Clifford Chance. She holds a degree in Jurisprudence from the University of Siena in Italy and an LLM degree from University College London.
